Integrated Green Care in an Active Industrial Site.
The maintenance of green spaces in an active industrial environment requires organization, technical expertise, and strict compliance with safety and environmental management standards. TRUEWORK undertook the annual maintenance and upgrade project for the green areas of TITAN in Thessaloniki, aiming to preserve both the functionality and the aesthetic quality of the outdoor facilities.
Work Program:
- Systematic maintenance of gardens and plants throughout the factory premises
- Regular tree and shrub pruning, along with lawn mowing and care
- Cleaning of flower beds and removal of plant debris
- Fertilization and treatment applications to ensure healthy plant growth
- New tree plantings with species selected for industrial environmental conditions
- Installation and optimization of irrigation piping for rational water management
The Execution: The result was the preservation of a well-organized and carefully maintained outdoor space that enhances the factory’s corporate image and supports the Group’s overall environmental strategy. The project highlighted the importance of properly organized green space maintenance even in demanding industrial environments, where technical consistency and compliance with high standards are essential for success.
