Collaboration with TaskUs to provide services at HUB 26
Our collaboration concerns the integrated facilities management for the two TaskUs buildings in the area of Western Thessaloniki, with a total area of 11,000 sq.m. and 1,400 workstations. Our mission is to ensure the flawless operation of the buildings, the maintenance of the premises, and the overall support of the facilities on a daily basis, reflecting TaskUs’s high quality and requirements.

Work Schedule:
- Daily Cleaning:
- Sweeping and disinfecting offices, common areas, kitchens, and sanitary facilities.
- Special emphasis on disinfecting high-traffic areas (elevators, restrooms).
- Weekly Cleaning:
- Deep cleaning of floors.
- Cleaning and disinfecting interior and exterior windows.
- Waste and recycling management.
- Monthly Cleaning:

- Thorough cleaning of inaccessible areas (air conditioners, ventilation systems).
- Inspection and maintenance of storage areas and tools.
