Initial Cleaning in a 5 Star Hotel Facility
Assignment: A modern and demanding Tourism Services Organization, such as MIRAGGIO THERMAL SPA RESORT, in Paliouri Halkidiki (Kanistro site), entrusted us with the complex task of the initial General Cleaning of its premises and facilities. This is a 5-star hotel business that, in preparation for the start of the tourist season in May 2016, required high-quality cleaning services to ensure hygiene and aesthetic perfection, with a view to the impeccable reception of high-standard guests.
The Organization: Our team was staffed by personnel with experience in high-end tourist infrastructures and provided with the appropriate certified cleaning products, surface-friendly and suitable for hospitality and wellness areas. The challenge focused on the diversity of the spaces and managing the large range of surfaces within a limited timeframe, just prior to the opening of the resort.
Task List:
- General cleaning of the Pool Restaurant, with special emphasis on the catering surfaces and the floor coverings
- Cleaning and disinfection of the Conference Room, using specialized equipment
- Cleaning and care of the Spa area, using suitable products for wellness areas
- Complete cleaning of sanitary areas with emphasis on microbiological safety
- Cleaning of all perimeter areas, from the buildings to the beach and the beach bars
