General Cleaning and Daily Upkeep of the Healthcare Facility
Work Schedule:
- Cleaning and disinfection of all treatment areas (4,500 m²), with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as handles, switches, and elevator buttons.
- Disinfection and cleaning of common areas and corridors.
- Cleaning of restrooms and changing rooms using certified disinfectants suitable for healthcare environments.
- Sweeping and mopping of floors with antibacterial products.
- Waste collection and management, including hazardous waste, in full compliance with health protocols.
- Daily maintenance of sports activity areas and three swimming pools (including changing rooms, showers, and surrounding surfaces).
- Cleaning of doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
The project covered an extensive area of 16,000 square meters and included:
- 500 m² of treatment rooms
- 200 m² of indoor sports activity areas
- 3 swimming pools
- 166 parking spaces
