Landscape Maintenance at "Arogi" & "Genesis" Clinics
Assignment: The Landscaping Division of TRUEWORK Facility Solutions was entrusted with the maintenance and care of the outdoor green areas of the “Arogi” and “Genesis” Clinics, which are part of the leading Euromedica Group. This is a demanding, high-standard project, involving the regular and scientifically organized maintenance of landscaped areas covering a total of fifty-one (51) stremmas (approximately 51,000 square meters). The nature of this mission requires specialized expertise in agronomy, horticulture, and landscape aesthetics to ensure the desired outcome in sensitive environments such as healthcare facilities.
Organization: Prior to the official commencement of the project, TRUEWORK Facility Solutions scientific team of agronomists conducted a detailed agronomic study, based on which a comprehensive year-round maintenance schedule was developed. This schedule was further broken down on a monthly basis and includes all necessary green space maintenance and care activities, aiming to preserve the health, aesthetic quality, and functionality of the landscape. The program is rigorously implemented by the specially trained staff of the Landscaping Division, under the continuous supervision of our agronomists.
Work Schedule:
- Regular mowing of the lawn and maintenance of shrubs and plants
- Fertilization and application of plant protection products based on seasonal needs
- Cleaning of planted areas from weeds and dry material
- Pruning of trees and shrubs according to seasonality and species
- Maintenance of irrigation systems and monitoring of their proper functionality
- Aesthetic interventions in the exterior space based on the needs of the Clinics
- Continuous updates to the agronomic file for each Clinic to fully document all activities
Execution: The final outcome of our intervention has garnered the complete satisfaction of the Euromedica Group management, as TRUEWORK Facility Solutions ensures a high level of care and aesthetic perfection in the surrounding areas of the Clinics on a daily basis. The strict adherence to the scientific program, the continuous monitoring of plant conditions, and the documentation of all actions for each facility guarantee a landscaping project that combines scientific accuracy, organizational planning, and high aesthetic standards.
