Collaboration with the Fais Group and Agora Modiano
Assignment: TRUEWORK Facility Solutions Services undertook the comprehensive cleaning and maintenance management of the historic Modiano Market building, one of the most iconic landmarks in Thessaloniki, which uniquely combines the city’s cultural heritage with modern commercial needs. Fully renovated, the Modiano Market has become one of the most popular and beloved destinations for thousands of visitors every day. Our collaboration with the Fais Group aims to ensure the cleanliness, health safety, and aesthetic integrity of the space.
Organization: Our project included both the initial deep cleaning of the Modiano Market and its daily cleaning maintenance ,strictly adhering to hygiene standards while ensuring the space remains functional and safe for visitors and employees. The success of this project is based on our attention to detail, specialized expertise, and the implementation of modern cleaning procedures that ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of the space.
