The implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive Road Traffic Safety Management System (RTS) constitutes a strategic choice for the company, while the certification of this management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 39001:2012 confirms this commitment.
To achieve the best possible performance in Road Safety, the Management of TRUEWORK FACILITY SOLUTIONS is committed to:
- Incorporating into the Road Traffic Safety Management System all related processes and activities,
- Fully complying with all legal, regulatory, and other requirements concerning Road Safety,
- Implementing, reviewing, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Road Traffic Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 39001:2012 standard.
- The establishment of objectives and measurable targets for Road Safety, as well as the monitoring of their achievement during management reviews,
- The identification and allocation of the necessary resources to ensure the effective planning of Road Safety,
- The selection of appropriate personnel, the definition of their responsibilities, and the provision of training, with particular emphasis on Road Safety issues, stressing the importance of full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and other relevant requirements,
- The monitoring of Road Safety performance and the level of implementation of planned actions,
- The implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure maximum effectiveness and the highest possible level of Road Safety, as well as the verification of their execution and evaluation of their results.
