1983
Konstantinos Vlachos identified a growing demand in the Thessaloniki market for companies that offered dependable cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. In response, he founded one of the city’s first professional cleaning teams.
1985
Cleaning the OTE telephone booths throughout Thessaloniki was the first major project undertaken by the cleaning team.
1996
The collaboration with OSE began with the undertaking of a major cleaning contract covering all railway stations and trains from Thessaloniki to Dikaia in the Evros region.
2000
The company began its partnership with the National Bank of Greece, providing cleaning services for its branches and facilities throughout Thessaloniki.
2005
Start of collaboration with Lidl, initially in the field of cleaning services, later expanding to include loading and unloading operations.
2009
Start of collaboration with the Euromedica Group, initially for the 'Arogi' clinic, and subsequently for all major clinics of the group in Thessaloniki (Genesis, Kyanous Stavros, General Clinic).
2013
The company evolved from a cleaning crew into a comprehensive facility services provider, gradually incorporating additional services such as pest control, landscaping, logistics support, and more.
2022
Initiating a partnership with the shopping centers "One Salonica" & "Agora Modiano
2023
Commencement of collaboration with the multinational company "Task Us". Initially for the building on Kolletti Street, followed by the expansion of the partnership with the assignment of the cleaning project at HUB 26.
2025
The company is entering a new era. Addition of new services, a change in the brand name, and a new website. Always maintaining the trust and reliability that has set us apart since 1983.
