TRUEWORK Facility Solutions has undertaken the provision of comprehensive loading, palletizing, and box-handling services at the central warehouses of Lidl Hellas in Sindos. The project involves the daily operational support of the warehouse, ensuring the smooth distribution of thousands of products to retail stores. A dedicated operational team was assembled for the project, consisting of experienced and well-trained personnel who meet the high demands of Lidl’s supply chain. All operations are carried out with strict adherence to established procedures, both within the main storage areas and in specialized environments such as freezing chambers.

TRUEWORK Facility Solutions is responsible for managing and palletizing boxes based on store destinations, converting pallet types, correctly placing and sorting goods, and supporting all returns. In addition, the company handles pallet cleaning, application of thermal covers, pallet stretch-wrapping, and repackaging or reconstruction of shifted pallets when required.
The challenge of the project lies in the consistently high daily workload and the continuous need for speed, accuracy, and flexibility. At the same time, full compliance with Lidl Hellas’s safety and operational standards is required.
