It was designed to meet the company’s needs and objectives as well as the legal and regulatory requirements of applicable Greek and EU legislation.
The main goal of the company’s Quality Management System is to establish a foundation for the continuous improvement of its processes, always focusing on the continuous satisfaction of its customers’ needs and expectations to the highest possible degree.
The senior management of the company is committed to the continuous improvement of both the company and the quality management system by establishing and monitoring quality objectives.
The core principles, as expressed through the company's Quality System processes, are:
